Established in 1989, Airwave Pte Ltd have been specializing in Electrostatic Air Cleaner (ESP) for the past 30 years.

One of our signature products is the Kitchen Exhaust Electrostatic Air Cleaner equipped with UV Lamp for odour elimination and control, this product being the first in its application by our company.

In 1991, we conceptualized and brought into reality an effective Electrostatic Air Cleaner system for our Nation’s transport provider air-con buses (SBS Transit), the first in the entire world.

Since then, we have invented and developed other Electrostatic Air Cleaner systems to help other sectors of industry to enjoy clean air and yet,  still be cost effective, user friendly and durable.

Airwave is a leader in the manufacturing of the Electrostatic Air Cleaner systems. During our long history we have revolutionized the application of the humble Electrostatic Air Cleaner into a major component in both commercial and non-commercial buildings.

In 2013, Fresh-Aire UV USA appointed our company as the sole distributor of their range of superior UVC products. These remarkable products have been highly effective in numerous buildings and hospitals, meeting the needs and demands of their AHUs and FCUs.

  ESP with 2 Cells in 1 Cabinet design, this provides an enhanced Smoke & Grease cleaning efficiency. Also, reduces machine quantity requirements saving cost for the customer.

• “F2F” SERIES COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC AIR CLEANER (EAC)
  The Electronic Air Filter Array is a highly efficient Commercial Electronic Air Cleaner (EAC) that is mounted to the existing AHU.

• “SR” SERIES COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC AIR CLEANER (EAC)
  “SR” Series Ceiling Flush-Mounted Commercial Electronic Air Cleaner eliminates up to 95% of dust germ & viruses in the enclosed space.
  The SR Series UVC Lamp for bacteria, germ, odour elimination and control was the first in such application by our company.

Activated Carbon Filter Cabinet:

• ACTIVATED CARBON FILTER CABINET (HE-VK SERIES)
  Activated Carbon Filter cabinet consists of 10, 20 & 30 aluminum trays of activated carbon filters subject to model. The high activity and surface area of granular activated carbon make it ideal for removing a wide range of contaminants from water, air, liquids and gases. Its uniform shape makes it especially suitable for low pressure applications. 

• ACTIVATED CARBON FILTER CABINET C/W UV LIGHT (HE-UV SERIES)
  The rays of the UVC spectrum have high energy and the low pressure mercury lamps produce uv radiation with a narrow spectrum (Peaks at 185nm and 254nm) creating photolysis and ozonolysis process principal.

  The ‘‘B’’ Series kitchen hood model UVC & Ozone system comes with complete ready made system in 3 different sizes for various kitchen hood dimensions, ideally to be installed within the kitchen hood to target and eliminate the unpleasant odour emitted during cooking.

  The ‘‘B’’ Series cabinet model UVC & Ozone system, it can cater for larger air volumes or for areas with heavier odour problems, the various cabinet model with more UVC tube install can settle the total odour discharge control.

A) For Air Handing Unit (AHU) Installation:

• APCO ORIGINAL RT & MAG
  The original APCO® Whole-Outlet Air Purifier cleans the air by combining UV-C light and activated carbon; two technologies proven to be most effective at killing germs, and removing odors by reducing chemical vapors known as volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Some of them, like formaldehyde and acetone, are known to be toxic.

• “UVL” SERIES 254NM UVC LAMP FOR FCU DUCT (MADE IN CHINA)
  Easy, flexible installation with UL Listed power supply (ballast). The UVL Series (for FCU/ Duct Mounted Application)

C) For Unoccupied Spaces Installation:

• ENVIRONMENTAL SURFACE DISINFECTION SYSTEM (ESDS) FOR UNOCCUPIED SPACES
  The Environmental Surface Disinfection System (ESDS) from Fresh-Aire UV Commercial Series addresses the need for surface disinfection in spaces that are prone to biological contamination or where biohazards must be kept to an absolute minimum. ESDS uses germicidal UVC light to disinfect room surfaces when the area is unoccupied.
