Return Air / Flexi series helps to solve the difficult filter cleaning process of a Fan Coil Unit, inside the ceiling. This smart machine works like a "vacuum cleaner" in the ceiling, to eliminate airborne dust particles for much healthier living and safer work place.

Helps to prevent 'sick building' syndrome. Prevents germs and bacteria from spreading and cut down on absentee rate as work place is now protected with clean and healthier air.

Helps to maintain the FCU coil cleanliness for great amount of energy saving as well as protecting the FCU because air flows through the clean evaporator coil easily and effectively.

Return Air / Flexi series will interlock with the FCU to turn ON/OFF simultaneously during operation. Hassle free operation.

How to Order / Maintain
FLEXI Series (Made to measure models)
The "FLEXI" series, upon confirmation on the correct Air-con sizes, the EAC will be designed for fabrication and prepare for production and installation on to the Air-con system.

Maintenance
Always keep future maintenance space available when installation (opening size enough to remove the EAC cell) to get ready for future maintenance of EAC. To confirm left / right, up / down of door opening of EAC for maintenance.

Frequency of Maintenance
To maintain EAC optimum performance, removing cell for washing is necessary, frequency of maintenance subject to the environment and activity in the area or by the indication of performance display indicator.

Flexibility
Airwave R & D department realizes, with the correct design, EAC can be installed in almost any model of air-con systems, for high efficiency air cleaning jobs.

Economic
Using galvanic sheet metal, the EAC housing can now be constructed in economy form, made into various kinds of EAC applications, a great saving for projects.

Easy Installation
The "FLEXI" series is designed in a way that can easily "Rivet On" to any air-conditioning system, with a ready wire connection to On/Off simultaneously with air-conditioning system.

AIR-CON BUSES

Introduction

In 1991, we conceptualized and brought into reality an Effective Air Cleaning system for Air-con Buses, a first of its kind in the world. The Flexi EAC system protects and prevents the Air-con cooling coil from getting clogged up from accumulating contaminants, allowing the Air-con system to operate smoothly. With the Flexi EAC system installed, the cooling coil remains clean for a longer period of time. The maintenance frequency of the Air-con system is prolong to about 6 months or even longer. The unique design of FLEXI EAC system for Air-con buses provides tremendous savings and a raised productivity to its operator.

 
Installation Procedure

A physical check at the site to aquire correct measurements, the fabrication design complete with installation and electrical connection by a trained technician, will allow the complete system to function safely and efficiently

Performance Display Indicator (PDI)

A smart card can now be connected to the performance display status from the power supply to operator cabin to monitor the function of the EAC.


Flexi EAC for Construction Machinery Engine Air Intake

Most of the construction sites are filled with dust particles, the engine air intake FILTER of construction machinery are consumed in a short period of time. By installing an Electronic Air Cleaner (EAC) before the engine air intake will help to prolong the life span of the air filter element and most importantly, protect the engine life. When EAC is due for servicing, the indicator light will light up, remove pre-filter and electronic cell accordingly and clean with detergent. After its dry, place it correctly and use it again.
